How do I book my transfer?
You can easily book your transfer online on our website. Of course, you can also contact us by phone or Whatsapp, as well as by email and we will make the booking for you.
My destination is not available in the route selection?
If your desired destination is not listed, you are can contact us and we will make you an offer. We are always available for you by phone, Whatsapp or email.
Can I also book last minute?
We are happy to offer you a spontaneous transfer as long as a vehicle is available. Please understand that not every last minute request can be accepted.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email after my booking?
If you have not received a confirmation email after booking with our online booking form, please check your spam folder. If there is no email from us there either, please contact us.
What does "transfer share" mean?
We offer our guests the possibility to opt-in to an "Transfer share" option. If multiple eligible bookings are compatible, we will reach out to you and propose a transfer share for a reduced cost.
Payment
When and how can I pay for my transfer?
You can either pay on the day of your transfer, directly to your driver in cash or by credit card, or you can also pay for the trip in advance online.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, you don't have to worry. Our drivers will wait for you free of charge. If your flight is diverted or cancelled, please contact us to find a solution for you.
Can I cancel my trip?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before your trip.
What happens to the discount if I select ‘cash payment’ when booking but pay by credit card on site?
If you select ‘cash payment’ when booking, you will receive a discount. However, if you pay by credit card on site, this discount will be cancelled and the full price will be charged.
General questions
Which car will I be picked up with?
You will be picked up with your booked car. Depending on availability, we may provide a larger vehicle. In such a case, your fare will of course remain the same.
How can I reach my driver before arrival?
You can easily reach us at any time through our 24/7 hotline by phone, whatsapp or by email.
How do I recognize my driver at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a name tag.
I have arrived, but my driver is not there?
If this extremely unusual case occurs, please inform us by phone. We will take care of your problem immediately.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We keep track of your flight times based on your flight number and will still pick you up at the right time if your flight is delayed!
How long will my transfer take?
If you book your transfer online, our smart booking system will show you both the price and the duration of the transfer. If you book by email or phone, we will of course be happy to tell you the duration of the transfer in person.
I am traveling with children. Are there child seats on the trip?
Safety is our top priority! Of course we have free child seats available for every size and age. Just specify the number when you make your booking.
Can I take my pet with me?
You are welcome to bring small animals and dogs on the trip. However, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can provide a suitable vehicle for your transfer.
Cancellation
What do I need to do to cancel my tranfser?
If you are unable to make your trip, simply email us or contact us by phone or Whatsapp to cancel your transfer.
Is there any charge for cancellation?
Cancellation is free of charge 12 hours before the start of your transfer.
