The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact Form

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Booking Data

For the purpose of booking processing and subsequent contract execution, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner as well as the buyer’s name, email address, and possibly credit card number within the framework of cookies. Additionally, the following data are stored by us for the purpose of contract execution: flight data, phone number, pick-up and destination address, number of passengers to be transported, and special requests (e.g., skis, child seats, luggage). The data provided by you are necessary for contract fulfillment or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to our staff for the execution of the transfer, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After the booking process is aborted, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years).

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Access Data

The website operator or page provider collects data about accesses to the page and stores these as 'server log files'. The following data is logged:

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

Consent and optional services

Analytics and marketing services are loaded only after you have explicitly consented. Without consent, no connections to these providers are established. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent is voluntary.

Your selection is stored for six months in the essential, signed “alpexpress_consent” cookie. We do not keep an additional personal consent log.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics provided by Google Ireland Limited. The service creates statistics about page views, sessions, browsers and devices and may set cookies for this purpose.
